ROKU Sakura Bloom's distinct botanicals paired with Lillet Blanc infused with dried butterfly pea creates a balanced palette - and the light purple star of this cocktail show, "Scent of Flora."

Inspired by the classic Gin & Tonic, the cocktail draws on French Elderflower Liqueur with its white flora notes and Lillet Blanc's blossom notes to structure ROKU's delicate sakura blooms. In every sip, the subtle sakura bloom essence remains at the forefront, ensuring a sensory journey.

Angel’s Touch

This cherry blossom cocktail is made for spring sipping. It’s a sour that's bright and jammy with subtle floral notes and warming cherry. Lillet Blanc adds complexity, infusing the drink with floral and citrusy notes, while Luxardo Marachino lends its typical rich and luscious sweetness. Followed by a dash of homemade lemon syrup to perfectly round-off the cocktail's sweet and sour flavour profile.

Scent of Flora

Don't underestimate the power of yuzu in this cocktail. Its citrusy zest coupled with ROKU Gin enhances the entire flavour profile and harmonises with the gin's botanical depth. Lillet Blanc, infused with butterfly pea, lends a subtle sweetness and floral undertones. Elevated with a touch of St. Germaine, the cocktails offers a delicate nuance of elderflower.

Razubeir Sour

Presenting VUE's upgrade of the classic Tom Collins with a recipe that's fruity and fresh, perfectly sweet, and a whole lot of delicious. Crafted with the nuanced infusion of ROKU Gin with raspberry - the same building blocks that make any sour drink work are at play here, consisting of a balance of bramble syrup and sweet & sour mix, then topped with a similar volume of bubbly soda.
