Inspired by cherry blossoms, "Miharu" is a unique shrub (vintage mixer) combining ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate floral notes with a sweet-tangy chrysanthemum-strawberry shrub. Chrysanthemum adds subtle herbal undertones, while strawberries bring bright, fruity sweetness.

Topped with soda water, the cocktail becomes effervescent, enhancing its flavours. Garnished with tofu mousse for a creamy richness, the Miharu celebrates the season's bounty.

Bartender, Kah Mun

Known for her bright and bubbly personality, Kah Mun stumbled upon the bartending community by chance. Having worked as a liquor store wholesaler two years ago opened her eyes to the art of alcohol and mixology. This experience inspired her to pursue a bartending career at teru•mi.

Kah Mun’s passion for bartending extends from crafting drinks to creating memorable experiences for guests, building connections, and bringing people together. Her drink of choice: the Old Fashioned.

Miharu

ROKU Sakura Bloom's nuanced flavour profile sets a gentle, aromatic foundation for the drink, while a homemade shrub combines the floral notes of chrysanthemum with the vibrant, sweet-tart taste of strawberries. Soda water's carbonation introduces a refreshing effervescence, lifting the the aromatic qualities of the shrub and adding a crisp finish.

Yoshiharu

An innovative cocktail that intertwines floral, spicy, and citrus elements in one drink. ROKU Sakura Bloom is infused with chrysanthemum, imparting a subtle floral note with a hint of herbal complexity. Pepper tincture adds surprising spice and a layer of warmth and complexity, creating a dynamic contrast that enhances the overall tasting experience.

Haruka

As the robust base, ROKU Gin brings a complex array of botanicals to the cocktail. Chrysanthemum vermouth offers a subtle sweetness and slightly bitter notes that add depth and sophistication. Orange bitters introduce a bright and zesty citrus note, while elderflower liqueur brings a sweet, floral aroma to the mix. A few drops of saffron oil to finish for a subtle, yet rich experience.
