Although it might seem like a recent invention, the Dirty Martini has been a beloved variation of the classic Martini for a century, known for its savoury olive oil addition.

Introducing the "ROKU Martini", a refined twist on the classic Dirty Martini, simple yet effective. "ROKU Sakura Bloom's natural floral and savoury notes are already perfect so why ruin it with complexity?" says the creative force behind this cocktail, bartender Jason Yee. A touch of Bianco Vermouth, brine, freezing temperatures, and a little dilution result in a tranquil concoction with a rollercoaster of flavours.

Bartender, Jason Yee

Meet Jason, a valued member of the niche cocktail curation team at Japanese-inspired Ikiya 2.0. The former biotechnologist turned bartender with over four years of experience in the industry, rejects trends and modernity for its own sake.

Jason champions the power of simplicity, firmly believing that the simplest techniques hold the key to transforming a cocktail into something truly exceptional.

Roku Martini

In homage to the classic, but with a twist, this variation on the Dirty Martini embraces ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate floral profile. Complemented by Bianco Vermouth, yuzu bitters, and a touch of pickled ginger, the cocktail celebrates simplicity. Each sip offers a journey from the gin's natural floral and savoury notes to the lively zest of yuzu and the spice of ginger.

Sakura Negroni

Here's a cherry blossom variation on the classic gin cocktail, the Negroni, that marries the delicate essence of our sakura gin with the subtle sweetness of Bianco Vermouth. The combination of floral botanicals and saltiness in ROKU Sakura Bloom elevate the bittersweet herbal and citrus elements introduced by clear Amaro. Lastly, sakura bitters create an aromatic profile.

City Blossoms

Crisp ROKU Gin meets the succulent sweetness of young green melon in this refreshing concoction. Delicate violet liqueur adds its floral complexity to ROKU's herbaceous profile, while matcha lends a subtle earthy aftertaste that lingers. Topped with a velvety egg white foam, this cocktail is one crafted with precision for the discerning drinker.
