The ume (Japanese plum) blossoms in the cold of winter, symbolising resilience, and signalling the arrival of spring and cherry blossoms. "UME-tini" explores the seasonal transition of both blooms in a single drink, reflecting a profound appreciation for nature's transitions.
A notable feature of the UME-tini is its garnish: Goma abura mixed with edible red sparkling powder, resembling the crimson red circle at the centre of Japan's flag. This garnish not only adds visual appeal; it acts as a palate cleanser, gently wrapping up each sip and enhancing the overall tasting experience.
