While browsing the aisles of Don Don Donki in Japan, the idea for this cocktail took root, blending the essence of spring with the convenience of everyday ingredients.
Crafted with ROKU Sakura Bloom as its spirited base, this cocktail celebrates the delicate floral notes of the season. Sakura's floral bouquet is complemented by elderflower's subtle sweetness. To infuse the cocktail with citrus and fruity vibrancy, yuzu is added, lending its bright zest to the mix.
A simple yet effective technique of 'rim dusting' with sencha powder adds a final flourish, enhancing the nose and aftertaste without overpowering the cocktail's complex profile.

Jason Wong didn't start his career behind the bar. In fact, he began his journey in hospitality as cabin crew with Singapore Airlines, where he developed a profound appreciation for service. Traveling the world, he was inspired by the diverse cocktail cultures he encountered, sparking a keen interest in mixology.
Grounded by the pandemic, Jason swapped the cabin for the bar, immersing himself in Singapore's vibrant cocktail scene. As a pastry and barista graduate, Jason infuses his creations with pastry-inspired flavours, delighting guests with his unique craftsmanship and unwavering hospitality.
