Enjoyment of the Clover Club cocktail predates the Prohibition era. Here's Head Bartender, Kelvin Wong's rendition, "The GF Club". Its approachable nature featuring vibrant berries alongside ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate gin presence, makes this an ideal gateway into gin cocktails.

To offer a unique mouthfeel, raspberry is macerated with sugar and vinegar, turning it into a distinct sour shrub a world away from the usual sugary mixers. Inspired by farming practices of planting sunflowers alongside raspberries for improved growth, sunflower seed syrup adds a subtle nutty undertone. Not forgetting the complex steps involved in achieving this drink's signature frothy foam topping - making it well worth the order.

Head Bartender, Kelvin Wong

The man behind the bar at Good Friends Club has great instincts. The majority of the cocktails on rotation are his creations and they feature fantastic local flavours and liqueurs.

Professionally trained in hotel management, Kelvin Wong gradually found his way from hoteling to hotel bar to mixology. Head Bartender of Good Friends Club since the opening, Kelvin often describes himself as a bar therapist. He relishes crafting cocktails with a local twist to remedy his regulars' woes. Interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds fuels his passion, fostering a sense of camaraderie and appreciation at the club.

The GF Club

ROKU Sakura Bloom meets the "Clover Club" in this gin delight. With raspberry shrub, lemon juice, matcha, and egg white, it's a floral twist on a classic. The cherry blossom hue adds visual charm, while sunflower seed syrup brings a nutty twist. Savour this cocktail for a refreshing departure from the ordinary.

Serendipity

If ever there was a cocktail that espoused drinking your greens, it would be this one. The combination of floral botanicals and saltiness in ROKU elevate the citrus element introduced by Lillet Blanc, while the smoothness of vodka forms an excellent base for succulent melon, zesty grapefruit, and fragrant rosemary.

FAR

The well-balanced and botanically superb ROKU Gin is distilled as the base for this dry gin cocktail. Ylang-ylang oil from local farms infuses distinctive nuances in flavour steered by each year's climactic effect on local flowers and blossom. Fresh lemon juice tempers the soapier notes of the usual floral gin cocktail, contributing to a well-rounded palate.
