Leveraging a rotary evaporator creates a flavour-focused cocktail via vacuum distillation. Guava's fruity essence is extracted while preserving ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate floral notes, ensuring a sensory journey. Beyond technique, Here & Now's sakura menu focuses on fruits, allowing guests to discover the vibrant flavours of local Malaysian produce in each sip.
