Pomegranate cordial adds a vibrant burst of tart sweetness, balancing the richness and introducing a layer of fruity complexity, while lemon juice delivers an invigorating finish.

Gin Blossom Strawberry

A celebration of spring, capturing cherry blossoms and fresh strawberries in one fizzy, delightful drink. Made by macerating strawberries with sugar to extract their natural oils and juices, strawberry oleo provides a rich, sweet, and slightly tangy complexity that complements ROKU Sakura Bloom's floral notes. And a vegan-friendly foamee topping adds luxurious mouthfeel without using egg whites.
