The brainchild of Head Bartender Xun, this cocktail captures the floral bouquet and herbaceous essence of a garden in spring. Dubbed "Niwa," meaning garden, it's a twist on the classic martini. Infused with the savoury and floral notes of ROKU Sakura Bloom, the concoction exudes a delightful aroma and a crisp, herbal taste.

To enhance the aromatic experience, the cocktail is presented in a nosing glass with a wide bottom and narrow top designed to direct aromas up. Served ice cold from the freezer and sprayed with a yuzu hydrosol (herbal distillate) to enhance the cocktail experience. Dashi droplets are added to complement and elevate the gin further.

Niwa Martini

Crafted by Reka:Bar's mixologist extraordinaire, this cocktail blends ROKU Sakura Bloom's delicate floral notes with the herbaceous and fragrant Garden vermouth. Fresh kiwi adds a tropical twist, while a dash of dashi infuses the body of the cocktail with added umami, elevating it to new heights. The cocktail is served ice cold in a nosing glass to enhance the aromatic experience.

Anohana

Savour the delicate floral notes of ROKU Sakura Bloom blended with the sweet and tangy essence of umeshu. The unexpected star of the show is the clarified adzuki bean milk, adding a creamy texture and a subtle earthy aftertaste. The finishing touch? A salted matcha float to impart a hint of bitterness and complexity that perfectly balances the sweetness.

Ochawari

This cocktail starts with a base of our premium craft gin, ROKU - infused with the refreshing essence of shiso leaves that add a subtle herbal note to the mix. Next up, the delicate floral undertones of sakura vermouth. Topped with oolong kombucha for a delightful effervescence and earthy richness that harmonises beautifully with the other ingredients.
