In this seasonal collaboration with ROKU Sakura Bloom, we find three cherry blossom cocktails made for spring sipping.
In "THE FLOWER", ROKU's floral notes are paired with geranium and jasmine, lending the cocktail a distinctive floral bouquet. In contrast, ROKU's citrus notes are paired with gyokuro and guava in "THE GREEN", giving it a verdant and fruity profile.
"THE SUN" stands out as the most unique offering. Palo santo and orange milk punch create multiple layers of flavour, bringing out texture, and nutty citrus nuances. The garnish for "The Sun" is especially noteworthy: an egg yolk cured and dried for 12 hours, shaped to resemble the sun.

Launched in November 2022, Shui 水 (meaning water in Mandarin), embodies Vinc's love for cocktails that are as clear as water, yet rich in flavour. Behind the bar, a variety of distillates are used to create layered concoctions.
Vinc's bartending journey ignited a few years ago when he had a crystal-clear, well-balanced drink that amazed him. This experience led him to crafting an expertise in clarification techniques, allowing him to serve drinks both visually stunning and deliciously intricate. His background in interior design is evident in the bar's sleek and minimalist aesthetic - making the haunt a favourite for local conversationalists.
